We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and returned in original packaging along with certificates. As each piece is crafted with care, we recommend contacting our team before initiating a return for personalized assistance.

How long does shipping take?

Every Silvify creation is made-to-order. Crafting, finishing and international delivery typically require 2–3 weeks. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your shipment in real time.

Do you offer sizing assistance for rings or bracelets?

Yes. Our Client Care specialists provide personalized guidance for ring and bracelet measurements. You may request a size chart or speak with us directly for recommendations before placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We support all secure payment options available through Razorpay, including cards, UPI, wallets and net banking. Cash on Delivery is currently not available for international orders.
