Returns and Exchanges

At Silvify, every creation is thoughtfully crafted with intention and prepared exclusively for you. Because our jewellery is made-to-order and carefully finished by hand, we follow a considered returns policy that preserves both craftsmanship and client care. We recommend confirming your size, measurements, and order details before placing your purchase, as most pieces are individually crafted specially for you.


Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, certificates, and tags

  • Show no signs of wear, resizing, or alteration

Once received, all returns are inspected by our team. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are not eligible for return


Exchanges

As each Silvify piece is individually crafted, we do not offer standard exchanges.

However, if you experience a sizing concern or require assistance, our Client Care team will be happy to review your request on a case-by-case basis and recommend the most suitable solution.

Approved exchanges, where applicable, may be subject to product availability, price differences, and shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

For faster assistance, we kindly recommend recording a brief unboxing video when opening your package. This helps our team quickly verify and resolve any transit-related issues.
